  My phone I ordered was cancelled multiple times. When I called and talked to one associate they said they have the phone available. But when I ordered and went to the store one man said they didnt have it. Is it because they earn commision and wouldve rather had me buy it in store? Such a shame on their service.

  I ordered 2 times online. I went to the store and waited which he coudlve told me right then and there that they didnt have it and one of the managers came out saying that they didn’t have my phone so I asked him how about this specific phone and this specific gigabyte and he said he had it so I ordered it again only to have my second order canceled. What a dissappoinment.

  Walked in hoping to talk to an associate about some upgrade options that I have available on my account. I walked in and all of the associates were busy with other customers. No one looked up at me, no one said will be right with you, gave me an estimated wait time, told me to take a number, etc. so I wandered around the store and then sat for about 5-10 minutes still with no one acknowledging me and decided just to leave.

  The manager said I was staring him down because I was looking at him as I waited for him to retrieve the order number for a return I did. Lol I was appalled. Should I be too afraid to look at you? He said to me, “you’re just staring at me, I’m not going to give you the order number if you keep staring at me” lol sir I’m waiting for the order number that’s why I’m looking at you.
