- RNRobert Nass2 days ago1.0Honestly, the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a phone store the dude who sold me my phone and helped me out was extremely rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him the entire time we did the sale and then he lied to me and stated that I could come back and drop off my gateway at the store and then I went and did that wasted my time and they stated that I couldn’t drop it off there that I have to go to a UPS location after I print out a shipping label he didn’t mention any of this if I could give a less than one star review I would at this location. I would never trust anyone at this location and I would never ever buy anything from this location. I think Verizon should look into the fraud and scam that this location is claiming and it’s kind of bullshit that they are even in business still. Definitely going cancel version due to this store.
