The lady representative today, that didn’t introduce herself, was extremely hostile and told me I just need to call verizon for service. There was no reason for this lady to be raising her voice at me about wanting to buy a new phone and apple watch. I would have bought a phone with cash today to get a new iphone that works. They offered no help to get me a phone that works today even though I’ve been a verizon customer for over 20 years. Hope everyone here gets fired.

He was extremely helpful and patient with us. He helped connect two watches and a tablet. While the POS system was giving him issues he remained so calm and continued to communicate with us. Every store needs a spencer. This will always be our store of choice going further. <3
