    Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.

    Person on the phone had no idea - had me do a reset while on a call -- I guess that's one way to get someone off the phone. To be honest, this is typical verizon and I have finally had enough. Escalated to the 1-800 customer service - disconnected - lady 2 had no clue - called back. lady 3 had no clue. Constant weak signal and NO service = find a new carrier.

    Came in to buy a new phone and have it added to my wife's account. I came in 3 different times and the representatives were unhelpful. The lady representative today, that didn’t introduce herself, was extremely hostile and told me I just need to call verizon for service. There was no reason for this lady to be raising her voice at me about wanting to buy a new phone and apple watch. I would have bought a phone with cash today to get a new iphone that works. They offered no help to get me a phone that works today even though I’ve been a verizon customer for over 20 years. Hope everyone here gets fired.
