I came in because I had recently broken my phone and just needed some suggestions on how to set some apps up. The young man that helped me didn't seem like he had any clue what he was doing and kept running back and forth to the back area I'm assuming for advice. And then would come back out and tell me that he fixed it. But he wouldn't check it. So I checked it and it still wasn't working properly. After a few minutes, the man that was in the back finally came out to help this kid out and that was even worse. This young man was the rudest, nastiest and clearly hated his job. So he made me feel like he was doing me a favor. He definitely doesn't need to be working for Verizon or in any other kind of public service job. I immediately left there and went over to the mall where they were extremely helpful and kind.
