  I would have rated this place a 10* 8 years ago. Now, on mobile can only help if you're going to use att and Verizon. I just needed help with a Sim card. Sent me to qeek squad. Sat in chairs for 1/2 and hour and some people showed up, week squad said they had an appointment so I would have to wait for 1 1/2 hours for an opening. He said I could make an appointment. I did and he said you get 20mts and if you go over the 20mts you will have to make another appointment. I never met so many helpless employees standing around and asking for help forget it! Rude week squad employee. I sat there waiting 30 minutes while 3 employees helped customers longer than 20mts. That employee didn't even know what I needed. I have never felt so bad for seeded help. What the heck happened to this place. Used to be the cream of the crop. I do not recommend going here for help!!!!

  The fact that you cannot call the store directly is insane. I ended up at an answering service that was absolutely no help and simply caused me more frustration. Customer service for individual stores should NOT be sent to corporate support. That makes 0 sense when the store could easily help me with a REAL PERSON.

  I can't say enough good things about the team at Best Buy in Westminster. Adam and Mike were exceptional at helping install my TV when we moved, and Noe took great care of me when picking out a new home theater system. Everyone was professional, punctual, and took a real interest in my satisfaction with the products and their service. I'll be back next time I have a need!

  I went in to buy my first gaming desktop and Jessie was incredibly helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns while guiding me in the right direction, even collaborating with her team members to find the product best suited for me. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the customer service at this store

  Scheduled geek squad to fix my iPhone on Tuesday. Not enough time to do the fix but the have the product in stock - ok sure man whatever I get it. Rescheduled me for Wednesday - walk in and "they don't have the product in stock" and want to search the city *on my time*. Thats not how this works. No way to contact the store, either. This is a scheduled appointment. Laughable customer service.
