My old phone's features stopped working. I stopped be the Verizon store, in the afternoon, and Jody configured a new phone for me. He explained what he was doing as he set up and did not rush me. Great service! Thanks so much.
My Dad is dying , my aunt died. And my special needs is in crisis. This is to frame the stressors in my life at the time I went in the Trinidad Verizon store just to pay a bill for some one else. On 1/6/26, there was only one male working. When I walked in I only saw him behind the counter talking to no one. I said something and he reprimanded me stating he had a customer. I had seen no one. When I turned around there was someone in the corner at an electronic pad. By the way, I have never been in this store before as I am a traveler. So I thought this man’s attitude to be quite poor but stood near counter at extreme left side of the store since he and the other customer was on the extreme right side of the store. So I patiently waited and said nothing. The Verizon employee conversed with the customer and finally came to my side of the counter. He looked up and said can you move out of the way. I was livid to be talked to like this. I am not dog shit at the bottom of his shoe but he treated me that way. That was the second condescending tone he had expressed to me. I retreated out the door and Verizon worker said have a god day. In other words, mission accomplished! Mr Verizon worker you need to lose your job. You have no interpersonal skills at all! This will be reported to corporate. By the way I am a 37 year veteran with a top chemical company. If you worked for my company, an ethics complaint would have been immediately filed! I read some other negative reviews and this suppose to be employee is bringing down the Verizon brand. This matter will be escalated to Verizon corporate. Perhaps corporate will pull the franchise because this is no way to treat anyone! It is not only unprofessional but humiliating especially when one is going through much pain and suffering. This person’s attitude was 100% unacceptable. I would have been better off to drive 1.5 hours to Pueblo, Colorado. Owner of this franchise, your employee is giving you a bad reputation! I would have given a zero rating if I could! Customers go elsewhere!
6 months ago I see a similar review with follow up comments from business owner. Obviously nothing has changed. Customers beware!!!!!!!!
Got great service, questions answered, and a new phone with promotion going on.

Shout out to Joe. Joe went above and beyond to help my 86 yo dad get his flip phone up and running. For two days he patiently guided us through the process. Today he was on the phone w corporate and his boss to help my dad get the same exact phone purchased and working. Joe was so respectful, understanding, actively listened, and was very informative and engaging. Also let me watch the Bronco game on his iPad while we waited- Go Broncos!! Thank you Joe for all the help!!!!!!
