He was extremely knowledgeable regarding our new phones and other things!! He was very nice and respectful! Unfortunately I forgot to ask about my upgrade to my watch. The SE didn't come with ECG or fall section which is required for me to feel safe outside my house! Today 22 October 2025 we went back at talked to Sergio to exchange my watch! He was also fantastic!!! Friendly and knowledgeable!! He exchanged my watch with no prob. He also gave me a great deal on a case-charger-screen protector combo!! Thank you both for fabulous customer service!!

They tried to charge me $60 per phone for a “set up fee “ this was on top of the $40 per phone activation fee. So $100 per line! They didn’t set up any of the phones. 3 of them were still in the box! I called Verizon after I left and they confirmed I should not have been charged that fee. They weren’t even familiar with a set up fee and told me this was not a corporate Verizon store. I had to spend hours on the phone to get Verizon to resolve the mess John made in my account. Also, the associate Jon robbed me of the iPhone unboxing experience, which is one of the most satisfying parts about getting a new iPhone. Without asking, he opened the device and removed the screen cover and powered it on. An associate has never opened a product I’ve purchased. Terrible experience. I hope Verizon revokes their license. Lessons were learned…
