  So it's sad that I have to give a store that's so close to my home such a bad review. Normally I try and let a person of power as in a district manager a manager to handle a employee problem at their store. Not at this store however they would rather stand up for their employees that try to. HARD SELL you a new device when you come in having a problem, rather than actually troubleshooting the problem. So this complaint is for a specific employee and also the manager. The female employees name I don't know because she wouldn't give it to me because obviously she knew she was going to have some feedback about her customer service. I went there with a problem not getting any reception and that was something I wasn't used to after having the phone for only 2 years. When I went to the store because I tried troubleshooting everything on my own. When I got to the store it was kind of busy and The female employee that I dealt with Seemed a little overwhelmed with people behind me and My problem was going to take longer than what she was anticipating. So her quick reactions were my device was a Samsung 23 which really is barely two years old and I shouldn't need a new device every year. Her second choice of telling me what was wrong when I explained that my phone hadn't even been paid off yet that it couldn't be that old. She then directed the conversation towards my phone isn't 5G capable. All I know is I seen it switching back and forth from 4G and 5G with only one bar so I figured it had some kind of capability. When I explain this to her she said that my whole area didn't have 5g. Well I find all this kind of hard to believe after Googling finding out my devices fully capable of 5G and that it even had a switch on it to switch over from 5G so right then I knew that she wasn't very helpful for my situation. At that point I asked her name she did not want to give it to me so that's why I can't specifically tell you the employee but it's a store problem and manager problem I found out from them trying to solve this situation by properly training the girl or removing her from that store. Anyhow while I was in the store with this problem that she would not solve I called Verizon customer service. As I am on the phone explaining to the representative of Verizon how I was having issues and everything I explained to her right away the first thing he said well let me check for an outage sure enough there was an outage not a device that wasn't capable of 5G not that my neighborhood I lived in don't have 5G but there was an outage. So a lot of people probably in my situation not thinking straight because they're Services valuable and they need it might go ahead and say okay let's get that new phone that's upgrade our service which the Verizon customer service rep on the phone told me I don't need a new device I have 5G in my neighborhood none of those were the problem but it was an outage. So as I am speaking to the customer representative on the phone in the store this young lady decided to stand in front of an older gentleman that she was serving at the time and yell at me clear across the room that she needed to talk to the representative she would tell him what was going on 🤣 I think with everything I had confirmed with him showed what was going on of there being an outage and me not needing a new device and not needing a different kind of service for my phone BEWARE OF THIS STORE ... THE EMPLOYEES... THE MANAGER NICCO HE LIKES TO BE CALLED. Their problem-solving method for this was to tell a valuable Verizon Customer to go to another store so I don't have to deal with an untrained employee that has no respect for the people in there trying to solve problems with their phones and just tries to do a easy HARD SALE having people buy new devices when they don't need it or trying to have them upgrade their plan when really they don't need it for that device... at the end of the day thank God Verizon themselves.. Over the phone... be aware of a very thin female long hair that don't deserve to help Verizon customers

  Cesar was amazing!!! My phone stopped texting and I couldn't get it set up. I stopped into their store and Cesar handled business in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Cesar for all your help!

  Excellent customer service and highly knowledgeable! Luis took great care of us. I'll never return to another location. Thanks Luis, your professionalism and customer service should be recognized by Verizon HQ!

  I ported from AT&T to verizon. The people here where so helpful. They explained everything. Alex was the one who helped me. Not only did he set up my devices. He also taught my mother how to use her new phone, plus he gave her his number so she could ask him question. Who does that? This store. That’s who. You have a permanent customer from me.
