- LTLong Thao6 days ago1.0This Cricket store has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had my service with them for about a year, and two weeks ago I tried to cancel it. Since I couldn’t cancel online, I went to the store and asked the employee for help. She told me she couldn’t do anything, and her attitude was very rude. I’ll never go back to this store again and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.
