- JDJessie DJun 18, 20251.0This store used to be my go to cricket store, but I went in there yesterday to purchase a new phone as mine isn't due for an upgrade for another few months, and it's overheating due to damage, I was trying to decide between two phones talking about at least I can save a little money getting a more customized phone case option on Amazon, and the gal that was helping me informed me that it's her bosses new rule that they're not allowed to sell me a new phone without me also purchasing a case and screen protector from there store. They were trying to force me to buy stuff in order to get a new device. I called today to double check if that information was correct and the manager I spoke with on the phone said the same thing. I will not be purchasing anything from this store again it's not right for them to force you to buy the overpriced boring accessories on a phone that would be my property and responsibility.
