  Initially my visit to the store started off fairly easy. I was looking for a phone upgrade and knew that I might have to pay something out of pocket. The sales rep and I had decent banter to begin with, but once it came down to talking to numbers that quickly faded. I paused him during his sales pitch for Verizon internet. He was trying to sell me a bundle and I told him I was not interested. He quickly became short with me and asked that I hear him out. I said that's fine but I can promise you I'm not going to be interested. From that point forward the sales rep became arrogant and short. When I spoke about what phone I wanted, the sales rep said they do not have it in stock and no store around has it in stock. Funny enough , I just picked up the phone I wanted today, less than 24 hours later from another location without issue and for far less money than what I was quoted at this location. When I said that I was going to think about it he kept insisting he could order the phone but that it would be 3 weeks out. The sales representative was only interested in making a sale and not interested in what I wanted as far as a product. I noticed from other reviews that overall this location receives great feedback however there's always that one time that you need to consider when someone has a different experience.

  Ashton went way above and beyond when he was helping me with my questions, my bill, and my purchases. He has the patience and compassion of a saint! I am older and IT is not my gig. I could not understand what was going on with my bill. He sat there with me and called Verizon support to get everything cleared up and set up correctly. He told me he would help me - as long as it takes. Ashton smiled with kindness the entire time. I have not had customer service like that for as long as I can remember! I felt like was the only customer in the store with the kind of attention he gave even though they were very busy. I cannot remember the name of the woman at Verizon support helping Ashton and I but she was incredibly patient and kind as well. Manny has also helped me in the past and he was just as attentive and courteous. I cant say enough about them all!

  Drew was amazing, exceptional service for a great price. I had no problem paying set up fee just because he went above and beyond and linked my new phone to my brand new car. I really enjoyed the time he took to go through new apps with me and to fully go through the details of my account. I definitely will make Superior my home store Side note. A lot of their accessories are lifetime! So it saves me time and money in the long run

  Drew the store manager helped me with all my Verizon needs! He was so helpful and friendly and explained the changes to my account thoroughly.

  When upgraded my phone my bill ultimately showed a cost 10x what they said and I had an additional line added that I was unaware of. Crooks and not really Verizon. I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon fixing the issues that were created. DO NOT GO HERE
