Were not helpful at all I feel like if I was younger they might have cared but since I am almost 80 They could have cared less. Been with Verizon for around 20 years but if I can ever get things settled I will never go back. I do apologize for my action in January when I was there but I have been trying to get answers since late Oct.

Wynn was awesome at helping me after the holidays—A great, knowledgeable kid from down under. I know good customer service when I see it from many years in the industry, so I appreciate the friendliness and patience he provided. I’d hire him if he ever wanted to work for me in the future (just kidding Verizon, I will not poach him)
