In fact, without their support we could not resolve these problems online or talking with Verizon Customer Support. The biggest problem was talking with different Customer Support representatives and having to explain once again what was going on. We went to the Verizon store the team there was great... working especially with Justin and Paige . Many thanks and would recommend this particular Verizon store to any customer wanting a new phone or having a problem with their Verizon account. We have been with Verizon for over 20 years and beginning to doubt that decision but this Verizon Team in Pueblo made a difference.
