I was polite & genuine & just wanted my phone fixed but the way the grumpy lady looked at me as if I was bothering her made me just not even wanna get anything fixed . I even gave her a compliment so you can change your attitude which btw they your nails look hideous . Never will I ever step into that building ever again ... I'm happy that a store in the springs helped me with please & mind
