- KVKeyona Vandenburg4 days ago1.0I visited the Pueblo West location to pick up my wi-Fi modem when I got there, it was ready and Mitchell gave me the box He told me all I had to do with it is plugged in when I got to my apartment, I plugged it in. It was not working. It was blinking red I got on the phone with Verizon. They told me that I had to bring the box back. I brought the box back to the location. Michell was still there. They wiped the box clean updated my address and sent me back home with the box. Turns out they didn’t update my address. They had a wrong address. They gave me the wrong box and my apartment doesn’t even qualify for that Wi-Fi. They would not return the box at the location so I went to a different location in Pueblo and they immediately returned the box and apologized. They reimbursed me for everything, but this Pueblo West location is known for doing this cause they’re on commission they are scamming people and they wasted three of my days with my daughter. Please never visit this location if you’re with Verizon visit the Pueblo location needless to say Mitchell and jay should be fired
