I called 4 days ago to ask if I can return the iphone air and since she wasnt sure, it looks like she double checked it first either with a person or in a cheat sheet somewhere. When I came later that day, the shop says it’s closed for lunch break and she will be back at 3:15 in the afternoon. It was only 2:40pm so I decided I’ll just come back. Sunday, today, I check they’re open so I stopped by with my husband to return it. The lady who has a piercing and dreadlocks named Summer maybe?? Said she wasnt sure if I can return it. She tried calling her boss on the phone but he wasnt answering. I said I called four days ago and the lady told me I can return it and when I ask her who did work on that day, she said she’s the only one working there – which made it worse. I don’t wanna waste our time so I just left and probably will just go to a different location. I don’t think she gets a lot of customers to forget such situation and answers in a span of four days. I just hate the fact that I wasted driving there twice for nothing.
