- JHJack HilbertJan 11, 20251.0Geek Squad is not the Geek Squad we use to know. Spent 2 hours trying to connect my sonos Sound Bar and totally failed. they blamed it on the TV HDMI port going bad. Changed cables and everything else. There were 2 guys. One sat and played games on his iphone the whole time. I watched him. The other was incompident. then they screwed up the connection on my WII Game. They finally left blaming the TV and still charged me. I had another entity come in to check out the TV before I bought a new one they said it worked fine!!!!!!
