Purchased a Shark detect cordless vacuum May 2025 ~7months ago. The handheld battery stopped working about a week ago. I know the vacuum is under a manufacturer warranty. I proceeded to take the vacuum back to the Parker BestBuy store and was told all they could do is give me Sharks phone number because we hadn’t spent even more money for a $500 dollar vacuum to buy their Loyalty Best Buy warranty for $180/year or an extended warranty (mind you it’s still under manufacture warranty. First that is terrible customer service by their manager on duty. Second BestBuy is not standing by the products they sell. I learned my lessons: 1) Stick with Costco or Sam’s and we would have not had this customer service issue and 2) stick with the Dyson, or 3) just buy from the manufacturer if you don’t have Sam’s/Costco.

We went into Best Buy to purchase an iPad and ended up waiting around for about 10 minutes. During that time, we asked three different employees for assistance, and unfortunately no one helped us.
Because of the lack of service, we left and went directly to the Apple Store instead. The experience there was the complete opposite — fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. We purchased the iPad right away and had an amazing experience.
Disappointing customer service at Best Buy, especially for a straightforward purchase.

I'm not throwing my generation under the bus but technology can be hard (yes, I whined that last part). I bought a new cell phone and needed to transfer the data, which is beyond my brain's capabilities. I took both phones to the Geek Squad, and Andy was very patient with me. He got my phone set up and gave me a couple helpful tips. Great service!

Called to verify they had an item online. They assured me the store had multiple in different colors. I got there 45 min later and the store has never carried 3d printing filament. They out source customer service calls to other countries. When I walked in they had 8 associates walking around the front. One of them could have answered the phone instead of having me load up my 4 yr old and drive 40 min away. Horrible customer service. I will be using this experience to train future retail associates on how not to handle a
customer interaction. There is no way with service like that they are going to make it the next few years. That place is a ghost town half the time anyway. They should be trying to keep their customers.
