Was ready to buy and walk out with two, but after 45 min of waiting for someone to get them out so I could pay (store had 1 other customer in the whole place btw) walked out to never return. This coupled with a horrible system online for credit cards, charging more on the card I wanted..25%more than the card limit was and taking a hit to my credit because of it (not even sure how that was possible with a limit on the card... was suppose to split it with my debit) horrible customer service every time I go, saying things are in stock and rarely are causing one to wait days or drive across town. Not really even sure how this company is still in business. With all the access online and other retailers, you'd think they'd get their crap together in the customer service dept considering that's all a brick and mortar can offer these days. Peace out best buy, micrometer will be visited today.
