i was here for 4 hours trying to pick up the new phone that i ordered in store. this was of no fault of the stores but rather issues with verizon on a corporate level. Jacob had the patience of a saint dealing with my frustrations and the issues with the verizon support team on the phone. 5 stars for jacob!

Only one employee working and i was waiting for about 30 minutes. I wasnt asked what I came in for nor was i greeted. I ended up leaving and not being able to upgrade my phone.

I got exceptional customer service today from Joshua. The whole crew stepped in throughout my process of getting my line transfered over then with finding me the correct fit for a new phone. I ordered the new iPhone 17 Pro Max on the Verizon website and set this store for pick up. I placed the order on 11/27 and went into the store to inquire about my order on 12/1 as I had not received an email saying my order was ready or any update regarding my order. In the store, I was informed my order was cancelled since I did not pick up the phone within 3 days. I went through my confirmation emails and the tracking status of my order, and no where did it state that I had 3 days to pick up the order. The tracking status still said "Initiated" and I would be notified when my order was ready for pick up. This store should not be cancelling orders with no communication. I had the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal so I would have lost that deal if I never went into the store on 12/1 and immediately went to another Verizon store to correct their errors. The lack of help from the person that helped me or understanding of my frustration was unacceptable. I'd advise everyone to go to an actual Verizon store and not this one. It is a Victra, authorized Verizon retailer. If you go to a Verizon store, they will ask for your phone number immediately to make sure they can help with your account. The person at this store only asked for my name, which is different on my account, and never verified spelling. I offered to share my Order Number and he said he looks up orders by name, which is also unacceptable in my opinion.
