    Home internet is garbage. Cell phone lines are garbage. When you call 611. They'll tell you your service will be fixed the next day due to a outage. When I personally believe that is just a tactic to get you to hold out in canceling your service, so you miss your 30 day return policy. If you get anything from them. It is most likely not covered by the refund policy. Especially if you dont have the box, thats an extra $50. Dont forget the $50 restocking fee. And if you get a home router from them and wish to cancel. They're too cheap to have UPS come and get it. So just know you will have to return it to a UPS store. Doesn't matter if its free of charge. UPS stores arnt everywhere. And "UPS store" not associated. Overall crap service. Go to a legit version store. And if you have tmobile or atat. I honestly dont believe they can save you any more then what your paying there. My two cents f version.
