Got an iPhone 16 here for what I thought was a great deal but it turns out it wasn’t so much. We probably should have just paid cash outright for the phone. They really know how to make you feel like you’re getting some awesome deal by complicating things and it kind of screws you in the end. Either way I am still pleased with my IPhone. My last one lasted me 6 years so it’s a good investment

i was here for 4 hours trying to pick up the new phone that i ordered in store. this was of no fault of the stores but rather issues with verizon on a corporate level. Jacob had the patience of a saint dealing with my frustrations and the issues with the verizon support team on the phone. 5 stars for jacob!

Only one employee working and i was waiting for about 30 minutes. I wasnt asked what I came in for nor was i greeted. I ended up leaving and not being able to upgrade my phone.
