    Micah at the Monument store (Jackson Creek Pkwy) inspired confidence during the entire process of trading in my iPhone and choosing new accessories! He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout, and also responsive and respectful regarding any concerns that came up. I’m 68 years old and have a bit of anxiety with technology, so I am specially grateful for his help!

    If you’re considering setting up a phone plan and/or buying products from this store, I urge you to reconsider or to be ready to verify the information they give you. I feel like a clown for believing the employees were providing accurate information regarding phone plans and am now out over $400. The employee who helped set up our plan originally gave us incredibly inaccurate information. Given that he was not the only employee working that day, he had endless opportunities to verify the information he was providing with his colleague as we cautiously navigated the sales process asking him countless questions to ensure we were understanding this “deal” correctly. I called Verizon a few weeks after the purchase to ensure accuracy of our bill only to find out we couldn’t get a deal anywhere near the one promised. Frustrating but things happen. We’ll return our purchases, including an iPad purchased for a Christmas gift, and go elsewhere. Explaining the situation to the manager was fruitless. He didn’t see issue with not trying to get even remotely close to our original out of pocket cost (offered a $220 refund on what was originally a $700 purchase) Despite the reason for the returns being an employee’s pretty significant error. All of this stemmed from false promises made by an employee and my stupidity for believing they were the “experts.” I hope this wasn’t a deceitful sales tactic, but rather the result of not understanding the deals available for Black Friday. It’s been an incredibly discouraging and unfortunate experience, and the lack of resolution is the primary reason for the review.
