We went to another Verizon location first — and WOW, the difference between that one and this store was night and day. Hope greeted us with a genuine smile and immediately made us feel welcome. She walked us through every step with patience and care, and when she wasn’t 100% sure on something, Gabe jumped in seamlessly to help — no hesitation, no attitude, just true teamwork. They not only got us set up with a brand-new phone, but also took the time to go over our bill to make sure everything was correct for the coming months. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare these days. If you want to feel valued, respected, and taken care of, go see Hope and Gabe — they’re an absolute dream team. 🙌🔥

    I have been going to Russell Cellular in Montrose for several years. Their staff is always informed and helpful. I just bought an iPhone 17 at their store. The phone activation and set up were completed as was the transfer of all of my information from the old Android phone. It was another good experience.
