  Zane T. was outstanding at dealing with my wife and myself that I bought a new phone and tablet plus other items. I had been very upset with Version before the experience today and was planning on moving to AT&T. JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW HE IS EXCEPTIONAL!!!

  When I visited this business for the first time I had to wait nearly 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. There were 2 employees and only one was helping customers, the other was doing something on a computer so I really felt unwelcome. Finally the lady with customers (Neva was her name) said someone would be with me soon and only then did the other girl even look at me and then ask what she could help me with. I went through the process of getting credit approved for a new line and phone just to realize I didn't have enough money on me to cover what i was told the taxes and fees were to begin service. I left thoroughly disappointed. I debated the whole next day whether or not, I should give it another shot. Well, I'm very happy I did. This time it was very close to closing time and only Neva (the girl who acknowledged me the day before) was there. She immediately responded when I entered the store and got right down to business. The girl from the day before hadn't saved any of the progress with my application so Neva started from scratch and by the time the credit check was finished it was after 7pm closing time. Neva went way out of her way from that point to make sure I left with a new phone. She dealt with computer network issues, found the specific phone and accessories I wanted, and even though it was well after close by this time she was always courteous and extremely helpful and not once did she complain about still being at work. After I asked a million questions about my account and plan and phone she finally wrapped the sale up over an hour after beginning and I did indeed leave with a new phone, satisfied and very happy. She completely made up for the horrible service the day before and then some. Because of her I'll be recommending to everyone I know go to Russell Cellular. Thanks again for taking the time and effort to make sure I had a great experience.

  I wasn't able to get what I wanted, without a lot of wasted time. Zach wasn't knowledgeable and very helpfull.
