They told me I had to go to a corporate office for one. 6 employees there yuking it up, helping nobody, including me on purpose. They need to close this location. None of these people there deserve to be employed.

SYDNEY is horrible she was extremely unprofessional, self center, and had the vocabulary of a middle schooler learning to cuss for the first time. I came in with my daughter and she was already cussing up a storm and chatting with her coworkers. When she finally helped me she wasn’t a help at all only wanted money from me. Me and my daughter felt very uncomfortable. I’m never coming back to this location soley based on my experience with her. I’ve never left a review but this was so bad I felt the need to.
- TMtheresa MorganNov 21, 20255.0We walked into this Verizon hoping to get our payment reduced without losing much of the benefits we had, after being with Verizon for for over 20 years, and seeing our bill go up almost $100 we were pretty upset and thinking about leaving Verizon and finding a new company. I won't lie, I was pretty upset when I got there, Max greeted us at the door and was very nice even though I already had the stank face look going on. Well long story short, he did some digging in our account and found out there was an error with our bill, which he got fixed then he sold us the phone our daughter wanted and even lowered our monthly payment. I was ready for a fight and never got the opportunity nor did i need to. Max's customer service was top notch, this guy really knows his job and he went above what he needed to do, not to make a sale but to make sure we were in the right plan for our needs. The team members at the store are very observant and they all work well together to make the customer happy. Make sure you go visit Max, I will again soon when it's time for our new phones.
