  Terrible. I bought a brand new Lg washer and dryer from these guy. They installed today. It smelt like oil. I ignored it and thought maybe my nose was off. I ran a load of darks. They smell like oil. I also ignored. I ran a load of whites. It turned all my clothes brown. My whole place smells like oil. My truck smells like oil. My wardrobe is destroyed. I start a new job on Monday that I moved across country for. They won’t even take my phone call. They keep telling me that they will call me back in 25 hours. I have a lot of high end paintings and collections that are likley being destroyed by this terrible smell as we speak. They don’t care a bit. I’ve worked construction for 20 years and it smells like a job site oil spill in my apartment. Best they can say is they will call me back and that they will have it out of my apartment. This is truly a nightmare. I have not been this upset in 10 years or more. Please never use Best Buy. I was looking forward to having clean clothes after a week of dirty clothing. Moving has been tough, I’m nervous about work, and now I have to go into work with the last outfit I have that is not fit for work. I couldn’t be more upset. As a Catholic I have to go to confession because I’ve gotten so upset. Please do not use Best Buy.

  After accidently downloading an app ("EasyHomescreen"), my phone became unusable. Despite my best efforts to correct, I failed to restore my Samsung S24 to an acceptable configuration. Fortunately, having previously enlisted in Geek Squad continued coverage, I went to Best Buy in Loveland where the technician, Arika Mansfield, listened to my story and proceeded to search all apps currently on the phone. She then deleted those that were duplicates, listed not in alphabetical order, or listed such that they were indented to the right of the column where legitimate apps were aligned. Arika was exceptionally kind, skilled, and most of all, successful in reestablishing my phone to original layout. She is a terrific representative for the Geek Squad in Loveland, CO and, in my opinion, the greatest. The Geek Squad is a great asset to those of us who are challenged by the tsunamis of corrupt Internet users who chose to corrupt our accounts using opaque methods.   I went to Geek Squad at this Best Buy in Loveland at the recommendation of a friend. My go to IT guy was back logged and I needed some help sooner than he could get to me. I was greeted right when I walked in and that person made an appt for me so I wouldnt need to wait for current customers in line. Once I saw those customers leave, I asked Bryan at Geek Squad if he could fit me in a little early. He said no problem, listened to my issue and had it resolved in less than 10 minutes. I needed a new network card. Instead of pointing me to the location he went andd got one, opened it, plugged it into the laptop USB slot and made sure it worked. 10/10. Thank you Geek Squad for saving the day.

  The associate that helped me was great but I witnessed another customer not getting the best service from another associate. Probably need to be aware of other customers around your store so these things are not noticed

  Made an appointment for a broken iPhone screen. I was told it would be 10-12 minutes to run a diagnostic on my phone, it’s a broken screen I don’t know why we need a diagnostic but OK. Forty minutes later the tech said he was done and needed to check for parts, I had an appointment to fix a broken screen shouldn’t we have done this before his 40 minute diagnostic? He came back and told me they don’t carry parts for red iPhones and I would have to go to Boulder. When I asked him why I had to wait for a diagnostic when the screen was clearly broken he ignored me and continued working on his computer, he didn’t look up he didn’t say anything just ignored me until I walked away. That was my first and last experience with The Geek Squad and I will never go back to that Best Buy.
