- KPKendall Payne3 days ago5.0I went to Geek Squad at this Best Buy in Loveland at the recommendation of a friend. My go to IT guy was back logged and I needed some help sooner than he could get to me. I was greeted right when I walked in and that person made an appt for me so I wouldnt need to wait for current customers in line. Once I saw those customers leave, I asked Bryan at Geek Squad if he could fit me in a little early. He said no problem, listened to my issue and had it resolved in less than 10 minutes. I needed a new network card. Instead of pointing me to the location he went andd got one, opened it, plugged it into the laptop USB slot and made sure it worked. 10/10. Thank you Geek Squad for saving the day.

My membership is paid for the year and renews in Feb 2026. Lenard was fixated on the fact that my credit card in the account was expired therefore my membership was inactive. She told me I had no active membership and would not help me with my repair. My membership is not invalid and very much says active on my profile. Unprofessional and rushed “help”. Will be canceling my service Best Buy total that provided me no help today.
