    Watched an employee drag my $2500 TV on the floor all the way through the store and then put it on a cart at guest services. Who ever is in charge of training should address this behavior.

    Tate at Best Buy loveland was so good and helpful about gaming consoles. Highly recommend talking with him. He helped us make the right decision for our family, very knowledgable about all of the products.

    Its more like a high school lunch room then a actual business. I went in today for a kindle that shows online it was ready to be picked up. I walked in and all the employees were laughing amongst each other failing to help me or any customer. I even walked up to one of them to asked were I could find it and they proceeded to ignore me straight to my face and walk away. I then finally was able to figure out that I have to go to the check out for them to grab my item. A young kid says they have it then goes to get it waiting for over 15 mins I get told they are going to look there and here. Then they dont have it. I asked why does it say I can pick it up. The teenager proceeded to say to me literally "I just work here, what do you want me to do about it ?. Not even a alternative like getting it ordered from a different store, or available other modles nothing. MY WORST BEST BUY EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO HERE.

    I wanted to call the store but every time I call I get someone in South American who can’t answer my question! I cannot talk to someone at my location!!!! Some person in another country has no idea what I need an answer to. Makes me never want to do business with them ever again!!!!!!!

    I had a last minute crisis when another retailer failed to fulfill an order for company Christmas gifts in a timely. manner. In a full panic, I reached out to Best Buy, and Chandler stepped in and saved the day. He calmly organized everything, arranged for pickup, and made sure I could gather the JBL speakers I needed so I did not fall short on the gifts. Chandler was professional, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable. At a moment when I was frazzled and overwhelmed, he stayed steady, kept things moving, and worked with his team to pull everything together quickly. It reminded me how valuable brick and mortar stores still are, especially when staffed by people who genuinely care and go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about how Chandler handled this situation. He turned a stressful scramble into a smooth solution, and I am truly grateful!
