Recently, my bank declined the renewal charge for my membership, and unfortunately, Best Buy did not notify me of this issue. I only discovered that my membership was inactive later on. When I contacted support, multiple representatives assured me that my devices would be reinstated as a "one-time courtesy exception." Despite these assurances, this never occurred. After numerous follow-ups and repeated promises, Best Buy’s support team ultimately declined to assist me. I am extremely disappointed by this experience, especially given the many purchases I have made over the years. As a result, I will no longer be investing in this company. I encourage anyone reading this to consider Best Buy’s unwillingness to work with loyal customers when issues arise.
