  This place needs better employee delegation and management. There were about 10 different employees walking around the store, yet only one cashier with quite a wait and a line. Also had 2 people come up to the cashier while I was in line and say they had been waiting in different departments for help for a long time. Just not sure who is running the show or what these employees are actually doing? I added a start simply because the actual young man that was the only cashier was doing a great just b considering. It seems to be a management issue. They definitely have the manpower. Just need someone sailing the ship.

  Got there early and was ignored by everyone working there. Then this one gal came up n asked if I needed help... she was really sweet n answered all my Qs w/o any hesitation. I made sure she handled my purchase when I was ready to finish things up.

  It's not a bad store, but it's not a good store either. There's either no help, or there is so much help they're annoying. They either have the product I'm looking for, or they have a bazillion other choices which just confuse me. They often have only the high-end on items that I think they should have the full spectrum of pricing on, so they can't always be the best buy. They were quite helpful last time I bought a new phone there. Hit & miss.

  I’ve had two terrible experiences in just two weeks trying to pick up preordered games from this Best Buy. On October 2, I came in after work to pick up Ghost of Yotei and was told the store “hadn’t received shipment yet,” even though it was release day and my order showed as ready for pickup. No one could help or explain what was going on. Then on October 16, I tried again with my preorder for Pokémon Legends ZA. Same story — release day, no game, no clear answers. When I asked to speak with the store manager, I was told she was “on a call or in meetings” and that the floor manager couldn’t assist. I was given only a handwritten email address on receipt paper instead of a business card or contact number. Two preorders, two wasted trips, and zero accountability. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, but after this, I’m seriously reconsidering. I could’ve just gone to GameStop and had the game in hand release night.
