  Why have 3 vouchers posted next to the display saying take it upfront to get you one. Just to spend 15 min waiting for someone to help you because half the team is outside smoking cigarettes. Just so they can tell you that they can’t honor it although the display and vouchers are there. Terrible interaction and after me being on the phone next to it they start taking it down. Horrible way to treat a loyal customer with 10 years of buying products.

  Went for a pokemon release this morning for a specific product, but apparently they had held the 4 units for employees/friends before the store opened. So while we while we were camped outside for hours, they stashed the boxes to be purchased later in the afternoon. I asked 3 different employees where they were, but they all played dumb. I was told they were sold at the beginning which was a lie since I was one of the first in line. They were never put out to be sold. If an employee wants some, awesome... but take the day off and wait in line like the rest of us. I drove an hour to that location and and waited 3 hours in line before opening.

  The worst experience the kids have had at any Best Buy in northern Colorado. I brought my 11 year old daughter and camped out for a pokemon release. The night before we confirmed that the prismatic figure collections would be there. When the store opened in the morning the employees had already purchased those boxes. My daughter had her own money and waited in line for many hours. She was told that she could not make a purchase of another product because she was in a group. There were many other people in “groups” that did not receive those limits. Really Best Buy!???!! Feed the scalpers and make the kids feel like they aren’t humans. Don’t waste your time at Loveland Best Buy. Enjoy the drive to ftc or Greeley where the stores are managed with dignity

  I purchase a laptop here and ended up returning/exchanging it for a different model twice! But the guys working the geek squad counter were very cool about it. One man in particular, I think his name is mason? Young man, blonde short hair…. He was awesome each time I went in, and he was very helpful. Shoutout to him… Thanks BB Loveland !
