I haven't been in a Verizon store for years, so I didn't know what to expect. I wanted to look into getting new phones for my wife and I. Patrick was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. He got me setup with new phones in less than 15 minutes (I made an appointment). Who knew that getting new phones could be such a breeze? Thank you, Patrick! Highly recommend going to see him at this location. The kindness and efficiency was so appreciated.

Sales person told me one thing when I signed up for Verizon a year ago, I'm now finding out a much different and expensive story. I compare this place to the car shop Danny Devito had in Matilda, Avoid at all costs.

Lost my phone somewhere between the 14th and 18th holes on a golf course and was drenched by a torrential downpour of rain while I searched a mile of the course to no avail.
Stopped into this Verizon store to figure out the next step because I can't just not have a phone, and found a friendly and helpful team there to explain what I should do next and help me navigate the costs and pros and cons of whatever choice I made.
Shout out to Caleb in particular, he did an excellent job and was very efficient in getting my new phone set up while making me feel confident that I was getting the best options moving forward.
