After a bad experience last week with an employee that was still in training…. And seemed to have messed so much up with me getting the new iPhone, today I went back and had Lauren help me figure things out. She was patient and polite and I give her credit because I started getting rude towards her. Thanks for figuring things out for me Lauren. You rock!
4 stars because her manager wanted to tell me there was nothing else they could do for me when I knew there most certainly was a fix to the problem…. We just had to call higher up.

I haven't been in a Verizon store for years, so I didn't know what to expect. I wanted to look into getting new phones for my wife and I. Patrick was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. He got me setup with new phones in less than 15 minutes (I made an appointment). Who knew that getting new phones could be such a breeze? Thank you, Patrick! Highly recommend going to see him at this location. The kindness and efficiency was so appreciated.
