- NWNichole WilsonNov 6, 20251.0I absolutely, from the bottom of my heart, despise cricket. The worst phone service and customer service. Complete garbage. Why do I stay? Because I don't have the means to go start a new contract with a new phone. Why is the service horrible? I can't use my phone at home or inside buildings. Their response was to put it on airplane mode then take it off and restart my phone. That obviously didn't work. I should be able to rely on my service. I have to have my phone connected to WiFi if I ever want to use it inside. I've called and I've gone in numerous times. "I don't know why it's not working". Well neither do I! Am I overreacting, possibly. I'm angry. I'm tired of paying for crap service. And Cricket, please, don't tell me you'll try to do better next time. Thank you for listening and I hope you have a better experience.

I am returning everything to Verizon and coming back to Cricket, great service and doesn't cost a ridiculous amount for 1 phone. I was paying 102 a month for Verizon and Cricket I had 2 accounts for 90 a month!

A gentlemen named Jorge was on his phone and didn't even greet me and my father as we entered the store. The staff seemed overall lazy and unprofessional. They couldn't handle my concern and had to call their cricket support for my inquiry, took over 25 minutes for something that should have only taken 10 minutes maximum. Very disappointed with customer service and cricket as a business over all.
