  I absolutely, from the bottom of my heart, despise cricket. The worst phone service and customer service. Complete garbage. Why do I stay? Because I don't have the means to go start a new contract with a new phone. Why is the service horrible? I can't use my phone at home or inside buildings. Their response was to put it on airplane mode then take it off and restart my phone. That obviously didn't work. I should be able to rely on my service. I have to have my phone connected to WiFi if I ever want to use it inside. I've called and I've gone in numerous times. "I don't know why it's not working". Well neither do I! Am I overreacting, possibly. I'm angry. I'm tired of paying for crap service. And Cricket, please, don't tell me you'll try to do better next time. Thank you for listening and I hope you have a better experience.

  Worst service ever my phone constantly acts like im in space wow just went to buy a new phone yesterday and they said they opened at 10 but i waited until 10:40 and nobody came had to go all the way to ken pratt

  Staff is lacking a no real help, really it's sad that cricket has gotten so bad that the people who work in the store can't provide help and told me to call customer service or go to Denver to get help.
