- MLMe lastnameFeb 12, 20261.0They leave millions of files "backed up" to users Desktop OneDrive folder and completely fill it up. They don't clean up after themselves and leave temp data and app data all over their backups. In some cases they backup the backup and this goes on and on every computer they backup or transfer. Have seen hundreds of GB of unnecessary data amounting to multiple millions of unnecessary files that is then uploaded to the OneDrive folders unnecessarily.

- BBBingJan 9, 20261.0Horrible customer service, and good luck trying to get ahold of someone. The phone system is a nightmare, and eventually you might be lucky enough to talk to someone at a call center - that person will not be able to help you. They know absolutely nothing! Then you get a phone number to call BACK to the store, and you won’t have any luck reaching a real human at geeksquad. They don’t update the status on repairs either unless you call and leave messages. And they won’t bother returning your call. They’ll just finally remember to do their jobs and do the bare minimum of updating the status. Considering how much they charge for this service, it’s a total ripoff. There is zero effort for customer retention. Can’t wait to see this store close like the rest of them.
