- BGBrandon Griffin2 days ago1.0Spent hundreds of dollars protecting my iPad, iPhone, and Apple Watch all at one time with the promise of a guarantee that they would stay protected. The iPad screen protector started pulling up right away and they charged me to replace it the next one did the same thing. The phone protector got scratched, even though it was supposed to be unscratchable and they charged me to replace that. Then the premium cover for my watch popped off at some point and they wanted to charge me full price because I didn’t have it. It wouldn’t be so bad if they were more truthful about what to expect from their products and warranty process at the beginning or it didn’t cost so much more than online competitors. I easily spent 10 times as much as I have in the past and I have three Apple products which I’ll have damaged or missing screen protectors.

I was beyond totally satisfied with the experience. Great customer service, I’ve been a long time customer but the help I received sealed the deal.

Another employee showed up and sent me to the back of the line because I was browsing cases after waiting 10 minuets to be helped. Gave a very sarcastic and unprofessional 'byeee' as i walked away. Immature staff, go elsewhere, the kiosk downstairs was much more respectful and timely. 2/16 Saturday at 6:00pm.
