Sukii is by far the most helpful associate at Verizon! She walked me thru everything and gave me her number in case I had any issues. I made some mistakes on my end and she was quick to respond and get them cleared up. 5stars for sure!!!!

Upgraded a few phones recently. The representative was very nice and began setting up our phones in store. What she failed to tell us was that was $40 dollar fee per phone which added up when upgrading 4 phones. I could have easily done it all myself at home for free. We waited in store for over an hour for the transfers to finish but they were not done and we had to leave. They told us we could return the old phones to any Verizon store since the transfer wasn’t done and the phones had to be tethered until complete. I tried returning the old phones to 3 different Verizon stores and ended up having to go back to the mall because no one else would take the phones. I then got hit with a huge bill because the store didn’t properly process my trade ins. Overall a frustrating experience. Wish I would have done it through a corporate store like I’ve done before.

We had issues in the past with upgrading our phones. We went into the store to make sure everything was working. The manager, Pablo and his team were great. They got us all set up and made the process seamless. Highly recommend visiting this store!

ASHLEY WAS SUPER HELPFUL! She was a true gem. I came to the Verizon store inside the mall today because I was having issues with my account / bill overview and Ashley made the experience very easy for me. We called customer care and they worked together to help fix the problem I was facing. She handled all of my issues, answered my questions and was extremely patient! She did everything she could to ensure that my needs and expectations were met! Her customer service is TOP TIER! This girl truly care about her customers but most of all, she’ll get to the bottom of it for you, and I can’t thank her enough for her assistance today. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!!
