I wish they texted me to say it wasn't actually available yet and I shouldn't come in until the next day. Otherwise, the customer service in store was good, much better than I've experienced at other Verizon stores

Cannot say thank you enough for all of Ashley's help through this process, as well as Pablo from the beginning!

I then waited around 45 minutes for a text (that never came in) so I walked in and someone finally "helped me" In the end, after all that time, I was told I would have to come back because they couldn't help me at that moment
