    I had to come in 3 times. 1 - the newest iPhone wasn't in stock and they had to order it to store 2 - the phone wasn't delivered even though I got a text from Verizon saying it was delivered 3 - I got a call from the store saying it was now actually delivered and I could pick it up. I wish they texted me to say it wasn't actually available yet and I shouldn't come in until the next day. Otherwise, the customer service in store was good, much better than I've experienced at other Verizon stores

    We recently came in to upgrade two of our devices and were having difficulty getting things arranged originally (not on the store's end). Pablo did a fantastic job assisting us the first day we came in and then Ashley did an absolutely incredible job resolving our concerns with a billing issue and device setup that was not going through on our second visit. Cannot say thank you enough for all of Ashley's help through this process, as well as Pablo from the beginning!

    I had an appointment but when I walked in I was put on a queue? I then waited around 45 minutes for a text (that never came in) so I walked in and someone finally "helped me" In the end, after all that time, I was told I would have to come back because they couldn't help me at that moment
