    Probably the worst customer service of any retail store of any kind, anywhere. You make an appointment, show up to that appointment early, check in, then wait 40 min until you finally realize you might be waiting another 40 (or more) just to get the device you just paid $1000 for to work. Finally just left. Save your time/money/energy and go somewhere else. This place sucks.

    We had a great experience! DB helped us upgrade two phones. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Top notch customer service!

    15 minutes, the check in kiosk in inoperative and I can't even get an acknowledgement that I'm there. Not a single employee even looked me in the eye. You folks need to go back to customer service 101, poor poor showing from Verizon. Heading to Chick Fil A where they know how to treat people. Nope, gave you another chance and same crap. 30 min just to drop of a trade in and another piece of equipment. I don't have time for your incompetent nonsense. I regret getting this new phone from you. I should have joined the throngs quitting Verizon.

    I had the worst experience coming to this Verizon, I’m so tired of people thinking that they know best for me. I went in to get a cell phone. I wanted to pay off out-of-pocket that same day. They were trying to make me do it by payments first they said it’s better if I financed it, I’ve been a customer with them for the past seven years very loyal. I know what I just wanted a new phone to be activated because my phone was broken so I needed to purchase a new one. But they had such a problem with me just buying the phone out of pocket. They kept telling me on deals with the promo that they have going on right now where you have two lines and you open For free. I told them that I don’t need a third phone, and when I did, they said I could use it for emergencies. I don’t need another line. I just wanted a phone asap. Bebe and his manager just made me feel bad about it and started giving me attitude saying “I must not trust them”…. Hello I’ve been with you guys for years, and all you are trying to do is get your commission. Verizon needs to hire better customer service. I was already sad because my phone has broke and they were making me stress out more. I already knew want I wanted. So I left and bought the phone straight from apple. They were so helpful and activated my line immediately!!! I will never be coming back to the stores of Verizon. Another reason why I paid my phone I cash so I can also start looking for another carrier! Have a good day guys. Be better next time!
