They realized and refunded as an account credit months later, went back today just to get out of the plan due to other issues. They double charged me for extras like Netflix and the guy there was just like yeah, it's tough.. Whole place smelled bad and nobody there was happy, poorly organized and sketchy to take money and refund as credit without consent

Took us right in, didn’t make us feel dumb made sure we were taken care of while making sure everyone walking in after us is also tended to. THIS is why we stayed after the horrible experiences at the “authorized” retailer experience at the mall. Stephanie and the whole staff are beyond kind and helpful
