I purchased an open box range that was supposed to be delivered on January 21st. They call me that morning informing me that the feet were broken during transit and said they would get the parts the following week. The following week on appointment day they said they hadn't received them and they wouldn't be in until late February/early March. I went in the store and the guys were able to get them earlier. Appointment set, then canceled for no reason. Another set, canceled again. They finally got it on the 5th try, which was the 5 day taking off work to make the appointments. This doesn't include all the time I spent going into the store as that's the only way I could talk to someone that spoke clear English. The employees at the Park Meadows location were really trying, but corporate was a disaster. The manager said they usually do 10% to 20% reimbursement for awful experiences like this and the snarky lady from corporate offered $120 for a $9,000 plus dollar range purchase. What a joke. These large corporations simply don't care about customers anymore. I will never shop at Best Buy again and will instead spend my money at small businesses. We need to rise up against these giant evil companies!
Not super shocking, but laughably shady at the same time. The store manager of this location, JJ, allowed a couple to cut in front of a line of 75+ people who waited *hours*, with temperatures in the teens, for sought after Pokémon products and collectibles...she showed no care in the world for the people she completely ignored when it was brought to her attention. Regardless of it being a blatant lack of morals, anybody who complained to her about the line-cutters in that moment were told they'd lose purchasing privileges, with a smirk on her face as she stated this. Keep this is mind JJ- you slapped dozens of your patrons in the face today, and you did nothing to restore order or relieve the immense frustrations you caused for your customer base today, single-handedly....she displayed a complete lack of accountability- it's almost as if she knew these people & allowed them to burn the rest of us. Would absolutely never recommend this location again, and I've been coming here since 2005. Good work!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Best Buy Park Meadows store after purchasing a new microwave from the store. I brought my old microwave to recycle—something Best Buy clearly states they accept on their own website—but the store manager, JJ Jacquay, refused to take it. There was no explanation that made sense, just a flat refusal that contradicted Best Buy’s published recycling policy.
To make matters worse, the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. I’ve already notified the district manager, Josh Mechum, about how poorly this was handled.
For contrast, I drove to the Best Buy in Aurora, and they accepted the microwave for recycling immediately with zero issues. That’s how a store that values customers should operate.
Because of this experience, I will no longer be doing business with the Park Meadows location. I strongly recommend visiting other Best Buy stores—like Aurora—that actually follow company policy and treat customers with respect.

I called to ask to if I could recycle my tv at the Lone Tree store because the store in Parker said they couldn’t recycle an tv larger than 50 inches and the guy couldn’t answer the question. He just started telling me about service charges in California, Michigan, Hawaii and other states that I don’t live in. He kept dodging the question and also talked about mailing it in and how that process works but I told him I just want to know if I can drop it off at the store
I am disappointed every time I come to this location. I bought my tv and sound bar here months ago and had to track down a single employee who could help me to pay them over $1000. Most recently I came to this location yesterday looking to spend over $150 on a new keyboard and mouse. I browsed the computer section but after being unable to locate the items myself I waited close to 15 minutes for an employee to help me. When he finally got there he cut me off mid question to tell me I wouldn’t be able to buy the mouse I wanted as they don’t sell it individually. No recommendations or follow up questions. I asked about the keyboard and he led me to the brand I wanted and said “this is them” then just stood there for a moment. Again no real help at all. I stood in this Best Buy and ordered both items off of Amazon before leaving the store empty handed.
