Tyler was very helpful and friendly and enlightened me about their refundable deposit scheme. My 3 year old was very excited to explore all aspects of the store. I was very impressed with how friendly the store associates were in each section. I’ve been in to several Best Buy stores in my day and this one really seems to stand out in terms of service and professionalism.

Resolving this mistake required an additional 90-minute call to Best Buy’s customer service line (1-888-BEST BUY), further compounding the inconvenience. Best Buy must train staff better on accurate account management, adherence to customer instructions, and strict confidentiality of purchase histories. Sharing transaction details without explicit permission represents a significant lapse in privacy standards.
