Brought in an Apple TV that was bricked by a software update released last year by Apple. This particular unit was barely 3 years old, and the best they could do was sell me a used Apple TV for 119 and it wasn’t even a 4k model like what I had. I’ve never been so disappointed or frustrated with Apple as this interaction has made me feel. I will strongly consider alternatives from Apple as my other devices need replacement. At least they were willing to ecycle the defective Apple TV for me.

Apple customer service is a joke. New iPhone 15 and they dont honor any warranty. They say it has water damage. It is supposed to be water resistant. We will never buy an iPhone again. Poor customer experience all around.
I also called customer service and was told the store was the best option. Took it to a different store where the tech told us we were out of luck. He also noted this is why he owns a pixel. Very telling.

Good store with attentive personnel. The managers there are actually trying to help people to the extent. I think that’s the best Apple Store in Denver metro

Went in fully intending to buy a laptop on the spot. After waiting for 25 minutes looking at the exact same display model, nobody even said hello. The security guard was like 5 feet away and I looked around for help every 5 minutes, nobody bothered to even acknowledge my presence. They lost out on an easy $1k+ sale.

I walked in looking for an apple pen for my daughter that she’s been wanting for her Christmas gift. I was not helped at all, if you go in there make sure you know all about the latest iPhone and iPad series, know exactly what you want if not the condescending employees will not help you, they will tell you “I’ll have someone come help you” walk away and never be helped by anybody else.
