Brooks gave us an Apple Vision Pro Demo he was really nice along w his other coworkers. Answered all of my questions (I had many) He was also really kind to my sibling ,who is a kid. Brooks was also very respectful. Great service will come back<3

Took my iPhone 16 Pro here for a screen replacement. The issue was a sudden formation of dead pixels near the edge of the screen closest to the volume down button. My phone was still under warranty, so the repair was at no cost to me. It went more smooth than I originally had thought it would. This is my first iPhone, as well as bringing a phone in for any type of repair in general. Shout-out to all the employees who handled my phones problem professionally. Thank you all.

Such lack of support from Paul, they send you to do stuff online or over the phone. I’d suggest maybe a different location... The music was obnoxious and it smelled like really strong BO. These stores are bound to eventually disappear with this kind of service.

The people who work here are very smart and if you are lucky enough to get their attention they are helpful. However I have had to take my computer in twice in the past 3 months to have the screen replaced and both times it took more than 30 minutes to pick my computer up. And while it would be understandable if they were busy, both times there were groups of employees standing around in groups chatting and not many customers. It’s super frustrating especially when there are more employees than customers and they appear to be just standing around. I will avoid coming to this store in the future.

Wasted 2 hours of my time trying to fix a phone screen without even being able to do it in the end. Though, that is not why I’m writing a review, I am writing a review because every single employee there had a smugness that was inexplicably aggressive. Every single employee treated me like I was stupid, like my time was worthless, and that I was just an object. The employees i met today and last week have made me an android user. For instance, when I had waited already 1 hour to get an appointment, I was then told to wait again. When I prompted to employee on why I had to wait he replied “why what is your time constraint?”, excuse me that is firstly none of your business and secondly the tonality was insane. Another thing, today I had a young kid try to demean me by treating me like I was stupid - honestly the kid i dealt should be fired for his attitude and honestly stupidity. He didn’t even know that the SE doesn’t have an ESIM and prematurely told me it was impossible to do a recovery (i just did one at another store, I never got your name but hopefully your manager fires you).
