Friendly, helpful staff. Went in for a screen protector for my new Samsung phone. Many options but ZAGG is the only one you will ever need. Lifetime warranty and Best Buy is the most hassle-free for this.

Went to this store to visit the Geek Squad. Just brought a brand new $3,000 Mac Book Pro (from the Colorado Blvd store), and the migration process from the old machine created some problems, so I went back to this store (closer to my house) The geek with the scraggly beard and snotty attitude was not helpful. I did not have a sense that he really knew much about Mac products, nor did he care to try. It was getting late (7pm) and geek guy seemed to want out of there. His helpful summary "You should go to the Apple store and visit the Genius Bar."
Next time I'll do that first.

Adam was incredibly helpful when I purchased my new Lenovo laptop this week. He took the time to clearly explain the differences between the Lenovo and Dell laptops I had been researching, answered my questions honestly, and focused more on educating me than selling to me. I really appreciated his patience, knowledge, and straightforward approach. Great experience.

Looking for a bedroom TV, arrived at 7:30 PM, found exactly what I was looking for from advertising flyer. Employees were helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with a sound bar and other audio accessories. We completed the transaction and they loaded it in my car before closing time at 8:00 PM.

Lone Tree, CO Location Best Buy.
I was promised 20% back as a gift card if I opened a Best Buy Citibank credit card when purchasing a TV on 12/15/25. I opened the account based on that promise but never received the gift card, even after more than 45 days and multiple calls to customer service.
When I followed up in the store, the Operations Experience Manager ( Bobby L ) claimed I had selected “flexible financing” instead of the 20% rewards offer, which is simply not true. If that were the case, why did I pay my entire balance in full immediately after receiving my statement?
After more than 10 years as a loyal customer, this experience felt like a bait-and-switch. Very disappointing that no one at the store was willing to take responsibility or make it right.
If this issue is not resolved, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regarding this credit card promotion that was promised but never honored.
Update 1. Best Buy asked me to contact them to resolve the issue. I did, and unfortunately received the same explanation again with no effort to correct the situation or honor the promotion that was promised. Very disappointing.
Update 2. Update: Best Buy corporate contacted me on 3/11/26 but refused to honor the promotion and instead blamed me for selecting the wrong option on the pin pad. They offered a $50 gift card instead of the promised $200 reward, which I declined. I will now be filing complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regarding this credit card promotion.
