Instead, my bill jumped to $272+, I was charged for the “free” phones, and my lines increased significantly. For 5 months I’ve been told “wait until next billing cycle” for everything to be adjusted, in the meantime I'm being overcharged hundreds of dollars. The business rep doesn't seem to know what they’re doing, and nothing gets fixed. This is unacceptable for a business account. Management needs to step in!
