  I am in tears thinking about this animal hospital and the love and concern we felt from each and every staff member there. My cat was suddenly in acute respiratory distress and so I called them in advance to let them know I was on the way. As soon as I got there, they took the cat from me and immediately helped him. They communicated quickly and effectively with my home vet who couldn’t see me that quickly. One of the technicians, John, was so sweet and attentive to my kitty cat. Dr. Jenn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and sensitive. We ultimately lost our cat due to heart failure. The night staff who were on when he died were so compassionate and kind. They let me stay with the cat as long as I wanted well into the night. I don’t know why I hesitated to come to this office in the past, but I would recommend them to anyone. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and kind and we received excellent care there.

  I took my 1 yr old dog in today with vomiting 7 times trying to poop but just clear water came out all they did was a xray an some meds .. they didn't even offer to do a fecal exam didn't test for anything.. I used to lobe this place we will not be going back.. makes 0 sense to not do fecal exam.. im very displeased with this place my family and myself have gone here for over 20 years .... NEVER AGAIN EVER AND IT COST ME 900$ FOR THAT.. IM BEYOND ANGRY.. MY DOG HAS DOME NOTHING BUT SLEEP.. POOPING PURE CLEAR WATER OR STUFF THAT LOOKS LIKE FAT.. DOMT WASTE 1 PENNY HERE

  Andrew has the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Staff and doctors are always very helpful and kind to my dogs. Thank you Clint

  My baby boy decided to treat himself to a stinky sock for an after puppy school snack. Per my regular vet’s recommendation, I brought him in to have the sock… returned. The staff were so caring and patient with my boy. He has some reactivity issues with new people and definitely does not appreciate the poking and prodding required for a proper vet visit. I appreciate their willingness to work with his challenges. There was a moment I was worried they weren’t going to be able to treat him while he was awake but they were so patient and definitely pulled out all the stops to make him more comfortable. The sock was successfully retrieved and my boy is home resting. I highly recommend.

  FANTASTIC experience after an emergency with my Bernese Mountain Dog puppy. Late on a Saturday afternoon I was heading back home after a training class with my 4 month old puppy. He looked lethargic and disoriented and vocalized in a way I had never heard. His eyes rolled back into his head and he felt "limp." I didn't have time to get him home to my vet up in Evergreen so I went to VCA Deer Creek, the closest care facility to me at the time. I rushed him inside and was immediately greeted by two incredibly attentive staff members. They got him back to their ER vet, Dr. Gomez, so quickly! Dr. Gomez was fantastic, along with everyone on staff. They listened, were attentive, and were very thorough. I appreciated them all so much amidst a situation that felt chaotic and unnerving for me. I've used the same family vet for 15 years and going somewhere else was initially unsettling - "are they going to care for my 'family' the way my home vet would?!" But VCA Deer Creek, took care of me just as much as my dog. The treatment and follow-up was fantastic. Dr. Gomez called me the next day to check in and make sure her patient was recovering well. I am SO thankful for VCA's kindness, knowledge, treatment and follow-up. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience.
