  Customer service is terrible! My phone hasn't worked for months and they just said they didn't know. They didn't say if it was under warranty or had protection, they couldn't tell me anything.

  Every time I go into the store I get the best customer service I went in today and the salesman was so knowledgeable and so professional I love this store I've never had a bad experience at cricket thank you for your help today

  Ladies and gentlemen I would definitely find a different location to go to. I went into this location for a simple phone today and I was met with a gentleman that was pushy, rude, very uninformative and as soon as he wasn't going to make the sale his true colors came out. I went ahead and headed up the street to the Englewood location where I was met with the smile and tooken care of in a timely manner for the same price. Meanwhile, this gentleman at this location tried to tell me that the englewood location "might not even be there" or "you're not going to get the same price." We are all independently owned, look on the front door." Sir, your ugly car salesman tactics do not work. You were the worst customer service I have came by and probably a good 15 years. I would just hang it up and head on home. Your customer service is trash. Thank you.

  Jaime was awesome. I’ve dealt with him before in the past and he’s always been so helpful and professional. I definitely recommend him if you want to buy a phone
