I went into this location for a simple phone today and I was met with a gentleman that was pushy, rude, very uninformative and as soon as he wasn't going to make the sale his true colors came out. I went ahead and headed up the street to the Englewood location where I was met with the smile and tooken care of in a timely manner for the same price. Meanwhile, this gentleman at this location tried to tell me that the englewood location "might not even be there" or "you're not going to get the same price." We are all independently owned, look on the front door." Sir, your ugly car salesman tactics do not work. You were the worst customer service I have came by and probably a good 15 years. I would just hang it up and head on home. Your customer service is trash. Thank you.

Forgive me if I am Incorrect on your Name. Esau worked adamantly to take care of my Friends needs. This guy really takes his job Seriously and puts his Customers First. Honestly I would have taken my friend and Left if it wasn't for Esau. Thanks
