  Definitely the worst place to come for repairs. They make you do a appointment and then you show up on your appointment time and they make you wait 45 mins before they even acknowledge that you’re there

  Went here for the 1st time a couple weeks ago because I needed a charger for my new work Mac. Gent who helped me was friendly and efficient, giving me a couple options with pricing to choose from so I was able to get what I needed.

  Had a good experience here today. Thought my phone was on its way out and thankfully just needed a battery. Short wait time upon walk in and was fully updated with the time it was taking to replace.

  I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt this experience warranted one. I visited this location with concerns about a family member’s iPhone and to have my own iPhone camera repaired. When we walked in, a staff member asked how he could help, and we began explaining the issues. Mid-conversation, he completely disengaged, looking away repeatedly and focusing on who was entering the store rather than the customers standing directly in front of him. It honestly felt like we were talking to a ghost. Without saying a single word or offering any explanation, he walked away in the middle of our conversation to help someone else who had just walked in. We waited for about 20 minutes, assuming he would return, but he never did. Eventually, we asked another employee for help, who was extremely kind and attentive. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the first employee, but someone should really speak with him about basic common courtesy. After that, I went to the Genius Bar to address my cracked camera. The technician who helped me there was very kind, helpful and thorough. He informed me that a replacement part would need to be ordered and that it would arrive within 1–3 days. However, it has now been a week and a half, and I never received a call, text, or any form of communication regarding my repair or my visit to the store. I called this morning to check on the status of the part and was placed on hold for 30 minutes, only to be told that the part had arrived some time ago and that I only had a limited number of days to come in for the repair. This was frustrating, as I was never notified that the part was ready in the first place. For what should have been relatively simple concerns, the entire experience felt disorganized and frustrating from start to finish.
