  This store truly has the kindest people. I will be returning any chance I get for help. They are kind and caring and helped me so much after so many people could not. I am eternally grateful for their kindness.

  Went in yesterday because my camera stopped working after the most recent software update. They looked at it, told me there was no physical or water damage, so the repair would’ve covered without me paying anything. Went in today to pick up the phone, and they have changed their story - now there is water damage, so they won’t repair it (not can’t, just won’t), and I now have to pay over $100 for a replacement. They were also unhelpful with the data transfer to the new device and insisted they couldn’t help me activate the phone because Verizon was my carrier (??) Definitely will never be returning to this location.

  Super disappointed. Checked in with a service issue. Was told approximately 40-45 minute wait. No problem. TWO hours later, still no help. I ended up having to leave, with no resolution to issue. Would have been nice if they checked in to communicate the delayed timing in order to manage timing expectations.

  I went in for a damaged phone and needed to buy a new one. Easiest sale in the world, phone was inoperable and wanted the same one. Some old man told me I wasn't a certified used on my family plan, I called my provider and they told me I was authorized. The old man didn't seem to understand how to work with the software and refused to sell me the new phone. He had accessed my current phone, seen my drivers license, and had confirmation from my cell service. Refused to sell me the new phone. Everyone around that worked at the branch look dumb-founded. I would argue that these are not geniuses that work here and are actually just really bad retailers with minimal training. Debating getting rid of my iPhone altogether and switching to something else because of the interaction we had.

  Corey and Taylor are hands down the best. We went in to the store as the VZN branch didn't have all of the hardware that we were wanting (upgrading 4 phones at once). VZN pulled some dirty processing and locked our entire account (bricking both my mom's phone and a brand new phone in the same process). We were there for 4 hours, worked with 3 different people, at one point had 2 different company phones trying to get ahold of a VZN person as well as our own phone call, it was a complete mess. Corey and Taylor were absolutely fantastic in the mean time. There was literally nothing they could do, but they hung with us trying to make sure that we were getting taken care of. While we were struggling with VZN, they took the time to answer our questions, work with my parents and do whatever they could with what limited options we had. Twist kicked off the whole process and when realizing that we would need more help, the managers were brought in so that the correct people could get us going. Stellar actions by all involved.
