  Had a great experience with John on a tough job in Evergreen. 100 year old floors that were in bad shape. Now after Acknowledged, they look amazing with tons of character shinning through, even two years later. Was super happy from start to finish. Virtually no dust which is hard to believe but true. These guys do a great job cleaning up. Communication with John was great and it was easy to schedule. Thank you!

  John did great work repairing my floor. It looked fantastic when he was finished and his clean up afterwards was very good. Communication and scheduling the job with him was also very easy. He is a very nice person, and I have absolutely no complaints. I can highly recommend him without any reservations.

  I would/will absolutely hire John again. We had tile on our main floor that was installed by a previous owner and wanted to make the change to hardwood. We received 3 quotes that were all were within a couple hundred dollars of each other so our decision came down to how we felt it would be to work with them and their reviews. On both counts, John stood out and I'm so glad we made the choice we did. First and foremost, the work was done incredibly well. He doesn't take shortcuts and we're thrilled with the finished product. It's beautiful and has completely transformed how our space feels. I was also surprised at how clean the process was (very little dust). Working with him was easy, he was highly communicative and did the job quickly (though it never felt rushed). When you get a quote he'll probably tell you that he'll "take care of you" and this was exactly our experience. He goes out of his way to improve things for his customers and I can confidently say we got significantly more value from hiring him than we paid. Overall, I'm thrilled with our experience and would highly recommend Acknowledged/John!
