- THTroy HendricksDec 28, 20251.0Spent 10 hours over 2 months talking/chatting with a Verizon call center over being charged for a phone they claimed we didn't return, when in fact we did. Additionally, they have the wrong phone serial number listed on the account. Was finally told IN WRITING I would be refunded the money, but it never came. Walked into this location just to be put on the phone (IN THE STORE) with the foreign call center again for another hour, who told me they weren't refunding my money. I am also paying full price for the new phone which was supposed to be discounted! Next steps will be filing complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and the State Attorney General's Office for failing to honor their written agreement, which I showed the store employees & manager. I also plan on taking them to small claims court in addition to moving to another carrier after 23 years as a customer. I estimate I'll spend $102,000 over the next 15 years (current bill is $570/mo) which I'll gladly pay someone else. I hope the $860 phone was worth the six digit revenue loss!

Also they said I had no upgrades for a phone so I went online and got my upgrade for free .well, as the sales rep just kept refusing to accept that I already had Internet and kept trying to sell me Internet try to sell me watches basically everything under the sun at full price I would avoid this location at all costs.
