We went to this Verizon store twice in the same month to get two different family members upgraded phones, unfortunately we had the same sales representative both times. This person refused to listen to our requests for a specific phone and quoted us all options, unnecessarily. After hearing every gimmick and reason to upgrade, add insurance, buy a watch, get a screen protector, and case, we politely refused, and had told them that from the beginning. In the end, each simple phone upgrade took over 1.5 hours, and, when reviewing each plan when we got home, both phones had the most expensive insurance, which we explicitly refused, and they also added an extra watch line to our plan. The only resolution was to spend 45 minutes on the phone with corporate to get it corrected. This salesperson either doesn't know what they are doing, or is charging people for things they didn't ask for to meet a quota. We'll be using a different store in the future.
