Rep sat me down, tried to sell me on bundling stuff which I was not interested in (told him netflix and other subs were not paid by me), then brings out 2 quotes. Both quotes had bundled subscriptions that I just told him I was not interested in, then he told me they would in fact NOT buy out my phone. Typical bait and switch by a scummy sales rep who doesn't. After I told him I was going to T Mobile, I received a text offering a 20 dollar discount on my phone line for the next year ($240), which was about the exact cost I owed on my phone. Horrible customer experience, lost a 10 year customer. Congrats!

They told me that I needed to call Verizon to do this because I waited too long to activate phone. The representative was shaking his head no when I asked him why it is so difficult to activate a new phone and transfer my information to new phone. What happened to customer service? I have been a Verizon customer since 2000 but I am going to another provider after this negative experience.
