After the procedure, she took an extra five minutes of her own time just to check on my puppy and make sure everything was okay. She really went above and beyond. - LKLulu KNov 24, 20252.0I adopted a dog from foothills and the VCA offers a free first exam. The vet tech was kind and amazing (all the stars for her). The doctor (an older woman) was snippy and rude. You get what you pay for. I left before the exam was finished and will absolutely not be back.

She took the time to explain everything as I was anxious about my dog and she proceeded to check in with him the next day on her own. The staff was all so kind and professional.
