- MWMel WalkupAug 2, 20255.0I had a very successful experience here. My laptop screen started flickering like crazy after a trip. They fixed that easily (merely needed to take screen off and reapply it) and they also ran diagnostics, made sure all my software was up to date, and cleared my computer of 2 trace viruses. That was worth the base price of $99 to me. Thanks for the help! So glad I don't have to buy a new laptop!

An appointment for "long training" from Luke was extremely helpful. I particularly appreciated that I was exhausted and nearly brain-dead when I arrived for my appointment, and Luke was unfailingly kind and non-judgmental all throughout., He has excellent customer-service skills, and it meant a lot to me not to be made to feel like an idiot when I rather deserved it. :-)
