  I’ve had cricket for YEARS and NEVER have I ever had such terrible service as I have recently. All I wanted to do was activate a second line on my account for my son. So I went online to set this up and received an email with the instructions to activate the eSIM. However I was NEVER able to activate it. I have called customer service MULTIPLE times on MULTIPLE different days. NOBODY was able to help me activated the eSIM. NOBODY cancelled the line like I asked on MULTIPLE different days. I have asked to speak with a supervisor many times and I have been hung up on every time. You guys have NO PROBLEM taking my money but will NOT HELP IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER. if you are thinking of switching or going to cricket , DONT!!!!! They WILL steal from you and won’t do ANYTHING for you if you have any issue at all. Save yourself the hassle and stress and go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!

  The Blond lady customer service rep. Very uninterested in their job. More interested in interacting with their personal phone than helping me the customer. Very unprofessional. I would not trust any information she gave me about any phone.

  Horrible experience pulled up there was a sign on the door that said be back in 30 minutes so I waited there and I had already been there prior to that so with that being said I watch her come out of the Wingstop that's right next to the cricket laugh and having a good old time with one of her friends her friend gets in the car she walks into the store relax it goes and changes the sign saying that she'll be back at 3:46 for lunch okay well you just have people out here waiting I watched a lot of people walk off declining business is horrible for especially a cricket store so I got on the phone and I called the cricket customer service line let them know that what was going on she comes and opens the door and just starts being very rude and wouldn't give me her name wouldn't give me her manager's name so that I could just address that situation because that's not right for the doors to be locked over an hour so she said oh my manager knows it was an important thing I had to go get my kids okay well where were your kids at whenever you were at Wingstop that makes no sense and then why would you lock the door go back in and then rechange the sign so you can sit there and eat if that doesn't add up you know what I'm saying so I told her that I needed to suspend a line because it was stolen or to cut it off and she was just very rude about it she wouldn't explain nothing so I actually have a video that I took inside of the store so I would really like for somebody to contact me on email so that I can further give you the details because that's not right if I was a company like you a big company I wouldn't want somebody like that working for me definitely not I'll never go back to that location again and I'm actually thinking about switching my service just because of that female

  The man that was working at the store the day we went was so helpful and nice I can't remember his name but he wad so helpful
