At least when they give you a price that's what the price is and they don't find a way to ding you with every little thing along the way. It cost an extra $5 to pay in store or on the phone and their website won't let you pay on there. The guy who works at this shop is very rude and not helpful at all. Basically we told you it cost this much but we will leave you no option to pay this way. Then he would t even let me run my debt card as credit even though my id matched the name on the card. I have a phone that won't be unlocked for a few more months with them and have decided just to let the phone go and go to another provider.

She listened to my needs and directed me to a great Samsung phone that fit my budget. She also assisted with the transfer of information (contact info, etc) from my old phone to my new phone. Adriana takes a lot of pride in her job, which is so refreshing! Grateful!
