This location always has the most interesting selection of things in store and the store is always clean with working displays. The staff is very nice and helpful and the manager that helped me today was phenomenal and went above and beyond to help me out. By far my favorite location

The previous Monday, my family of three, with three phones, worked with the Verizon expert at Best Buy (South Wadsworth Blvd) to cancel our Xfinity Mobile phone contract we'd had for years and replace it with a much more reasonable Verizon contract.
The process, a bit time-consuming, for accomplishing our transaction is very detailed. Stephen, I am told, is one of the premier Verizon sales representatives in the country, trained to accomplish the feat!!! Working with Stephen was a pleasant experience thanks to his professionalism, attention to detail, and patience with his clients.
Thank you, Stephen, for ensuring my (I am a technology midget) experience throughout the entire process was stress-free!

Just had their team install a front-and-rear dashcam. They were punctual and the quality of the work was excellent.
This is the second time we have taken our old Subaru there for work and both times they have been helpful, honest, and top quality.

Used to be a good store - will never go back. Went in a few weeks ago to purchase an 85" TV. The salesman - Brandon(?) clearly is not into his job and would rather be texting on his cell phone than pay any attention to customers. When the TV arrived, the installers noticed a flaw and immediately called customer service to report the issue, but we had a difficult time returning and replacing for another TV. Horrible customer service all around! Ended up cancelling everything and going to Costco!
