I was reminded why I rarely shop in stores like this anymore, and why so many of them are closing.
I needed an adapter for my camera so I could transfer photos to my iPhone while on a mountain trip. The associate who helped me was very kind and professional, but unfortunately I was sold the wrong item. Because of that, I couldn’t upload any photos until I got home. When I returned to exchange it (just over two weeks later), I was told it was past the return window. 🤷♀️
This is exactly why I usually shop online. Amazon and other retailers make returns easy from anywhere.
That said, everyone at this location was friendly and provided great customer service. My two-star rating is purely for the store policy and experience, not the employees.

We popped into Best Buy today to gather some information about TVs and upcoming sales. We matched with an incredible Salesman, Mason, and walked out with our dream TV and new Sound Bar- all within our budget. Mason was incredibly patient while walking us through all our options, and very knowledgeable about the various brands we were interested in. We are so grateful, sitting on our couch tonight watching our beautiful new TV with a wicked new sound bar! Thanks, Mason! And Best Buy- give that guy a raise!

Specific to the auto install department. Would give zero stars if possible. Scheduled an appointment many days in advance after providing very detailed notes to questions asked by Best Buy rep prior to appointment. Showed up and the guy said the install would take him 3 hours and “it would be rude to make another customer after me wait”. Instructions for the dash cam say it would take 45 minutes…. He never installed it and completely wasted my time. Called Best Buy and they confirmed it shouldn’t have taken long than an hour and a half . Horrible customer service by the tech

I just spent 2 hours in Best Buy to exchange a computer for a more expensive one and signed in at the Geek Squad at 6:15. It is difficult to schedule an appointment online so this wasn't possible even when I was in the store. I exchanged the computer and went back to the Geek Squad area and sat until 7:50 where the individual then told me I would need to reschedule. Another Geek Squad member popped out from the back and I asked my person, why didn't she come out to help me this whole time I sat and waited and he said b/c he helped me on my first purchase. So I was in the store for 2 hours just to exchange a computer and have them attempt to set up the 2nd computer and was sent away with hardly anything done because they were closing. This other individual could've helped me but chose not to. Such bad customer service, I will never purchase another item from them again. I should've purchased my computer from Costco. At least I had someone help me when I was there looking.
