  Website indicated that your store had a few soundbars in excellent condition! Drove 20 miles to your store and you gave me a soundbar that was good for the dumpster. I’m sure you took the good ones for yourself. I buy stuff from Best Buy all the time. Honesty goes a long way, and you were anything but honest.

  Lam from the geek squad, is super helpful and was able to get my son's whole dj setup hooked up, and gave us a run down on how to operate it. We have been trying since Christmas to figure out how to do it, and failed miserably. We made an appointment with a geek squad tech, Lam, and now my son gets to bug our noisy neighbors with his music😆😆

  Jonathon at this store offered to carry my brand new, 42-inch tv to my car. And I realize it seems like stores should be doing something like this anyway, but honestly, I am grateful. It's heavy and awkward to get your whole arms around it to get the leverage you need to be able to carry it. I needed all the help I could get and was very thankful! Will be happy to come back to this store again!

  I am very greatful to Bob and Don at the Littleton Best Buy . I had been in and out of the store getting increasingly distraught each time I had visited throughout the day. The first time I visited the store was right at open and was greeted by Bob who was so attentive. He got me someone to help me with purchasing a phone swiftly dispute not having someone working the department. Don came and got me the device I asked for and I was in and out in less than 10 mins . I had returned later in the day , and had noticeably been crying. Bob was walking by helping another customer as I entered the store and he immediately greeted me with grace and asked me why I was back and took the time to just be kind. He called someone to come help me swiftly and proceeded to help his customer. The person he called didn’t quite have the full answers and got me help from Don the man I had originally got the first phone from . He helped me exchange the phone and then talked me through the issue with my provider and how to bypass the issue I was having. Again so swift , my visit was no more than 20 mins . I went home and did what Don had recommended and it worked. I am very grateful to these two wonderful humans for treating me with kindness, respect and as a human. Today this phone situation was literally sending me over the edge. I do have to say that if you call Best Buy and try to talk to their customer service center it is a very opposite experience and you will blow up on them …. For context I was dealing with getting an unlocked phone to add a number from an existing provider. My state of distraught was at no fault of the Best Buy store itself . Transferring phones is not an easy processes with my provider.

  Checked in my PC at this location for service through Geek Squad. One of the worst tech service experiences I've ever had. They ignored what I said regarding the issues with the PC and failed to listen to my concerns regarding the issue probably being related to the power cord. Wound up going back to replace the power cord myself. As a former Computer technician I was highly disappointed with the lack of communication, professionalism and inability to truly listen to customer concerns. If you want computer repair go to a small business computer repair you will likely get better service.
