- TETara EskamJan 16, 20221.0Went in to this location today to upgrade 3 phones and the lady working didn't greet us at all. My husband said hello and she did not respond, so I assumed she was on the phone. I finally made my way over for a closer look and she was not on the phone, just ignoring us. I asked if she could help us with upgrades, and she responded with, let me know what you are looking for and continued to just sit behind the register, never once came to help us. My husband finally went over and gave her our information and she told us the name of 2 phones that we could upgrade to and we had to go look at them alone, without assistance. Finally, my husband asks loudly if she could give us specifics on the phones as there was hardly any data on the info cards. Again, she never came over, just asked back what it is we wanted to know. She rattled off 3 things from behind the register. Obviously we were a bother to her and she was not interested in customer service in the least. Worst customer service ever!!! My husband and I just looked at each other and said we would go somewhere else where they were interested in helping. If I could give her 0 stars I would!
